Swimming with Pigs
No trip to Eleuthera is complete without doing the most Instagrammable activity on the island: swimming with pigs. About 30-45 minutes by boat from northern Eleuthera is a smaller, less crowded pig island where you can feed, play and interact with the pigs (and lots of ducks) that live on the island.

It doesn’t get any fresher than the seafood and sushi at this hilltop restaurant with sweeping views of the ocean. Grab a cocktail at the bar first and watch the sun dip below the sea, then grab a table inside for a phenomenal feast. Definitely start with sushi (the wicked tuna roll doesn’t disappoint), and experiment with the daily specials. The seafood is caught daily, and the veggies and greens are grown right on the property in its very own garden.

Well worth the ferry trip over is lunch at this adorable luxury hotel. Sit outside under the canopy, perched on a hill overlooking the aquamarine colors of the Caribbean.
