Eau Palm Beach
A Beach Retreat All Your Own
Sponsored Content from Eau Palm Beach
Located on Florida's Gold Coast, a sunny playground that's attracted presidents and socialites for over a century, Eau Palm Beach epitomizes the area's timeless elegance. With its own expansive and entirely private beach, ocean-view pools, innovative dining options and a bar-setting spa, the ocean retreat offers a totally modern take on Palm Beach's Gilded Age glamour.
Field Notes
Five types of sea turtles are found in the waters off of Eau Palm Beach, including Leatherbacks and Loggerheads. Every year from March 1st through October 31st, they lay their nests on the sands directly in front of Eau Palm Beach (hence the low lighting to help prevent disturbing them). Guests can help protect these animals by visiting the nearby Loggerhead Marinelife Center, which partners with Eau Palm Beach and even tracks Eau-tis, a sub-adult loggerhead that was rehabilitated and then released back into the ocean. Outfitted with a satellite transmitter, you can track Eau-tis' daily movements within the nearby waters.

EAT, DRINK, REPEAT
Newly appointed Executive Sous Chef Matthew Gale takes the culinary helm at Eau Palm Beach. With more than a decade of experience crafting distinctive dishes at restaurants including the AAA Five-Diamond Nemacolin Woodlands Resort & Spa in Southwestern Pennsylvania, Gale brings his love of “big yet subtle flavors” to all four restaurants at Eau Palm Beach. Here’s a taste of what’s to come at Angle:
- Lake Meadow duck breast served with parsnip ‘pastrami’ (‘sous vide’ cooked parsnip emboldened with pastrami spices)
- Chocolate fettuccine with a sous vide egg, finished with crispy basil
- Radish Caesar salad from Holman’s Harvest Farm – think traditional Caesar where radish unexpectedly stands in for lettuce, along with sourdough croutons
